They absolutely don’t fit in my ears, and it’s not about the ear tips… it’s either they press against the cartilage, or they just fall out. It’s impossible to find the right fit if you have small ear canals. Probably fine for larger ears. The first connection to my latest model Samsung phone took about an hour.
