Description

The Akai MPC5000 is an advanced music workstation introduced in 2008. It features a 64-voice sampler with 64 MB of RAM (expandable to 192 MB), a 3-oscillator virtual analogue synthesizer with arpeggiator, 8-track hard disk recording, and an updated operating system. The unit also features 12 Q-link encoders for internal automation and external MIDI control, as well as a wide range of inputs and outputs for integration into a studio environment.
